How I Assist
Birth Doula
*This service is limited due to my Midwifery clients.
I will support you from the moment you get a positive test through the delivery of your baby.
I attend births at homes, birth centers, and hospitals.
Basic support starts at $2000 and includes Two prenatal visits, community referrals, labor, and birth, three hours of postpartum services that include lactation troubleshooting, tea and herbal consultation, and a postpartum planning journal.
Postpartum Doula
I will support you in the early days of getting to know your little one.
I can help with light housekeeping, cooking, pet care, lactation or formula support, sibling care, and to help you and your family process the birth.
Daytime support starts at $30 an hour with a minimum of 4 hours.
*Due to my Midwifery clients I am unable to offer overnight support
Lactation Support
As a Certified Lactation Consultant (CLC) with The Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice; I can provide you with assistance in troubleshooting lactation issues and offer you support to keep moving forward in your journey.
I have supported parents and families with twins, tandem feeding, co-lactation, and parents who have had any type of chest or breast surgery.
Lactation support starts at $30 an hour.
Placenta Encapsulation
Placenta use in the postpartum period is said to have positive benefits for some people such as improved mood, balancing of hormones, and an increase in essential nutrients.

Transition Doula
I offer pre and post-operative care for my siblings going through transition. I can assist with pick up and drop off from medical appointments, being there with you on the day of surgery, bringing you home and tucking you into bed, food services (shopping, cooking, meal plans), light housekeeping, help with bandage changes, and community resources.
My fee is negotiable to make care affordable to all.
Full Spectrum Doula
I offer care to all who need a supportive and non-judgmental advocate as they consider all their options on their reproductive journey.
Care to and from your appointments, post care with nourishing meals, community resources, and additional services as needed.
My fee is negotiable as I believe no one who wants support in this time should be alone.
