Doula Support Services

Birth
Doula
I provide continuous support from early pregnancy through the delivery of your baby. I attend births in all settings, including homes, birth centers, and hospitals.
Basic support starts at $2,000 and includes prenatal visits, community referrals, labor and birth attendance, and three hours of postpartum care.

Postpartum Doula
I will support you in the early days of getting to know your little one. I offer non-medical support such as light housekeeping, cooking, pet care, lactation or formula feeding support, sibling care, and holding space for you and your family to process the birth. Daytime support starts at $30/hour with a 4-hour minimum.
*Due to commitments with my Midwifery clients, I am unable to offer overnight support.
Lactation Support
As a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) with the Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice, I can provide you with assistance in troubleshooting lactation issues and offer you non-judgmental support to keep moving forward in your journey. I have supported parents and families with twins, tandem feeding, co-nursing (co-lactation), and parents who have had any type of chest or breast surgery. Lactation support starts at $30/hour.

Placenta Encapsulation
Placenta use in the postpartum period is reported to have positive benefits for some people, such as improved mood, hormonal balance, and an increase in essential nutrients.
Standard Encapsulation (Capsules): $300

Transition Doula
I offer pre- and post-operative care for my siblings going through transition. I can assist with transportation to and from medical appointments, support you on the day of surgery, assist with recovery at home, provide food services (shopping, cooking, meal planning), light housekeeping, help with bandage changes, and connect you with community resources.
My fee is negotiable to ensure care is affordable and accessible to all.

Full Spectrum Doula
I offer comprehensive, non-judgmental care to all who need a supportive advocate as they consider their options throughout their reproductive journey. Services can include transportation to and from appointments, nourishing post-care meals, community resource navigation, and additional services as needed.
My fee is negotiable, reflecting my belief that no one who desires support should navigate this time alone.
Investment, Accessibility, and Insurance
We are a self-pay practice and do not process or accept insurance.
Payment plans are available, and we also accept barter for services. Please reach out if cost is a barrier, and I am happy to work out a plan with you.
